From the date you receive your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
Refund time
7–14 days
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
How it works

Receive approval and return instructions from our team within 1–2 business days.
Ship the item back within 3 business days in its original condition and packaging.
Get your refund once the return is inspected and approved.
Non-returnable items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear once hygiene seals are removed
- Custom-made or altered pieces
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear
Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are available subject to stock. Return shipping for exchanges is covered by the customer unless the error was on our part.
